Let me tell you a little about myself, I am JoAnne and I’m a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef – but don’t let that scare you off – I love a good burger and fries as much as the next person! I’ve been teaching cooking classes and catering for years. My catering experience includes weddings, birthdays,anniversaries, showers and even some charity events. Wanting to expand my horizons and do what I enjoy most – teaching, I sought the help of a fellow blogger, Jessi, who; with the help of her media business, www.shuggmedia.com and her blogging experience www.shuggilippo.com has brought me to the electronic arena where I will bring my knowledge and love of all things food.
My approach is this – cook at home, make it yourself, it’s fresher, it’s healthier and IT’S FUN!!! Get the whole family involved, you may find out as I did, that your husband is an excellent sous chef!
I have gotten away from buying many processed foods and I can teach you how to do the same. If you want to learn to “make your own” this is the place for you! I do everything from making my cheeses to stocks and everything in between.
